2018 Cookery Classes

Join me in my kitchen for a culinary adventure as I share my secrets to cooking vibrant and sumptuous feasts with seasonal produce inspired by cuisine from Africa and beyond that you can easily recreate at home.

 

FORMAT

My cookery class is very hands-on, as we chop, peel and cook together. After cooking, you will sit to enjoy your meal.

 

INCLUDED

Included is the use of apron, all cooking equipment, ingredients and recipes of the day.

 

BOOKINGS

Limited spaces are available for each class to ensure a bespoke lesson so it’s a good idea to book early before they sell out. The full address will be revealed via email once booking is confirmed. Terms and Conditions
Classes must be prepaid in full in order to secure a booking. Classes are non-refundable but can be transferred at least 24 hours before the booked event date. Gift vouchers are valid for up to 6 months after booking and is subject to availability. If a class or event is cancelled by me, you will be offered a full refund or credit towards future classes or events.
