AFRICAN SUMMER NIGHTS at COMMON on Gardner Street, Brighton
This summer has been joyous with lots of sunshine and feasting and I have especially enjoyed my supper clubs in seaside Sussex. Supper clubs are not as popular here as they are in London. 1 in 20 of my guests will have never been to a supper club while 4 out of 20 in London will have been to one. Still a rather mysterious gathering amongst many, those who finally experience it, come back time and time again.
In my quest to keep my supper club enjoyable and inspired I forge wonderful alliances and collaborations with amazing brands, food producers, restaurants, personalities, and events.
In August, I will be serving a contemporary African menu at AFRICAN SUMMER NIGHTS at the charming Brighton restaurant, COMMON. I fell in love with COMMON because of their passion for provenance. A passion which we both share and will be putting on a plate for you all to enjoy!
