On the Bite I explored amazing recipes from Africa and beyond. The series showcased much loved street foods and international favourites showing how easily they could be translated and transformed in the home.

The show was exciting to shoot and I was fortunate to meet so many wonderful people from doctors, to street food vendors, chefs and home cooks, all championing Nigerian food.
